Team Leading

Team Leading

Leading a team requires different knowledge, skills and abilities from simply leading an individual or a group of individuals who are not required to work together in a coordinated or integrated fashion. The Team Leading qualification is ideal for those who are embarking on a management career path. Remember you can’t build anything without a good foundation.

Management & Team Leading

SVQs in Management & Team Leading are awarded by the Scottish Qualifications Authority in partnership with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). For more information click on: http://www.sqa.org.uk/sqa/files_ccc/SVQ_Management_Leaflet.pdf
